Wanted an item that was "limited time" / "hot offer" on the 2nd last day of the sale. Not surprisingly it was out of stock, but the cust service person was kind enough to offer me a coupon code to have it shipped to my home for free. Saved me a trip to another store so 5* for good old fashioned service!

Debbie is a real good and helpful customer service, but the other front desk was unprofessional communication skills and provide horrible customer service, hopefully they would check the camera to prove I did purchase the item. I’m so scared of her threaten😂. First time here to deal with employee like this. Ordered online and shipped wrong item which is discontinued, they would like to refund me their sales price which is lower than I purchased and she want me to prove I purchased it, they operated their system incorrectly from before and messed up and let me to prove…Hilarious shopping experience.

You can always find a knowledgeable employee to assist. Well organized store, good variety of product, relevant brochures and sales announcements. Flexible price policies. I appreciate the coffee bar.

Horrible experience visiting this location Went to shop and found my car being towed away by some towing company these people hire if the driver of the car parked to shop just walk across the street Will never ever return back to this location Is that the way this location makes money by towing customer cars ? Shame on this location and their hired goons
