Michael Winn is our safety advisor who has been highly professional and knowledgeable and keeps in touch to ensure our system is always up and running and has no issues. We appreciated having the system in our house as the water sensor went off a bit ago and we were able to go to the basement and look around to see if there was water. We have an older water tank/heater and thought maybe it had finally broke. Thankfully, it was just a bit of moisture coming in around the dryer vent which is where the water sensor is near. Thanks again Michael Winn for getting us set up with the system!!!

Michael was amazing at explaining their services when he came out to my home in Oct 2024 and I realized exactly how unprotected I was. He set me up with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors and water leak sensors on my toilets. Fast forward to this week when they checked in on me and made sure all was ok. Barry was right in the fact that I was missing a carbon monoxide detector in my basement and set it up on the spot, as well as a heat sensor for the garage. I appreciate the fact that this system is mine for life and can be moved with me if I change houses. The protection offered is well worth what I paid for it!!!

Had Mike install three smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector in 2024. The installations went smoothly with Mike explaining how to check them periodically to make sure they were functioning properly. He set up the OmniShield app on my phone. He was very professional and he came about one year from the installation just to do a courtesy check and see if I had any questions or concerns.

Talk about all the alarming information I just received from Mike Wynn on his maintenance visit today!
