Primary Care Niagara

My family doctor retired some years ago and as a diabetic who was not taking proper care of myself I decided I needed to address my growing concerns and find a doctor I could trust to start getting my health back on track. Primary care Niagara clinic took me on as a patient and I am beyond satisfied with my experience thus far. The staff is always friendly and polite. They make you feel welcome and never seem irritated by the overflow of people waiting to be seen. The waits never seem to be long and everything appears to be well organized. Dr. Singh is very knowledgeable. He takes your concerns seriously and is strict about patients following through on check ups and making sure they have the best care possible. Although he seems very serious, I have seen a light hearted jokingly side as well wich is comforting to patients as a visit to the doctor can be some times stressful and nervous. But he and his staff make these times a pleasant one. I've not had the pleasure of meeting his wife who is also a doctor there but my family members have and they insist she too is wonderful. We appreciate your services in our town...it is greatly needed !

My husband James and I have been patients of Drs Singh for 8 years and we are so happy with everyone. Reception staff is polite and nice. We mostly see Dr. Artaj Singh. He is thorough and listens. He has a good sense of humour which I personally find refreshing. Dr. Judy Singh I have only see once and I found her to be very open down to earth a good sense of humour. We love that we can check in online and be able to see the doctor that day. We are fortunate to be part of this family practice.

I have been a patient of doctor Artaj Singh for 3-4 years now and I am completely satisfied with his level of care. I have not had a family physician for many years as mine passed away . Like many , I’m sure, I would make my way if necessary to a walk-in clinic or the ER for one concern at a time and I truly felt lost, extremely uneasy and stressed about my health.😞 Having a personal doctor and a team of professional’s working together for you is so important for overall health and well-being. Dr. Singh addressed my concerns, learned my history over the last few years and truthfully changed my life He Is extremely professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He is direct and serious about my health and that makes me feel safe and that really matters to me. I have never felt like just a number there and I feel he equally treats everybody With the same care, I really think he’s a fantastic doctor and I’m truly grateful he took me on as a patient. He has changed my life.🙏. 6 ⭐️ Dr. Judy Singh (GNY) also took me on and followed through with everything that a middle-aged woman needs. My previous GNY closed her practice down years ago and it’s been hard to find another one without a referral. I was referred right there in Dr. Singh Office and was seen within a week by Dr Judy Singh. So I can now have my overall care seen in one place with 2 great physicians… I’m very grateful.. The nurse’s and receptionists are fantastic. I’m remembered now when I go in , the women are so friendly, professional, personable and organized! You can see and feel this team has it !!! I recently moved to Fort Erie and was looking for a family doctor. Primary care was taking new patients. I really like the online booking appt. I usually get the same day service and can wait at home until my appointment. I am very impressed with Dr Judith Singh. She is very compassionate and understanding. She has been very helpful as a family doctor. I highly recommend her.
