Pride Homes by the previous owner Fred Hendricks and to the new owner Rich Kralt have SPECTACULARLY transformed our 1970 home . In 2019 our family room renovation completed by Richard Kralt himself. It was at that time my husband and family were absolutely delighted with the high quality of their workmanship, friendly nature , and job completed in a timely manner.. In 2022 we asked them back under the leadership of Rich Kralt to renew our basement level . Once again ,high quality finishes and a superb result. With all of our positive encounters with the entire Pride Homes Team, we have asked them in 2023 to build a sunroom addition to our home. We are 99% complete with this project , It is amazing ! A beautiful sunroom has been built with the finest of care. These projects have far exceeded our expectations ,with the transformation of our home. I would happily recommend Pride Homes By Rich Kralt for any building project . Both Rich and his team of tradesmen are exceptional .

Extremely happy with the service provided by Pride Homes under Rich's direction. He has an excellent network of sub-contractors, fully staffed crews that are on-site early and work the full day. Clear, timely and prompt communication both provided and received.
