I hired Rob and Brittany to file a case against my neighbour who's dog attacked and killed my puppy. They couldn't get the job done. It cost me over $2500 and they didn't even get the defendants serviced in 6 months. They then wanted another $500 just to apply for an extension for service with no guarantee that the service would get done and that the judge would approve the extension. They only sent the server 3 times. I figured by the time they would have finished my case I would have paid them more than I was going to get. They were a complete waste of my time and money. I definitely wouldn't recommend them for a case like mine. While isn't your reply a bunch of BS. I guess you didn't listen. I never told you the 2 defendants lived together. I told you she lived at the address and he was often there. I also told you that I thought they might be getting ready to move but I never told you that they actually did. It is nice of you to say my case is still active and to reach out when in fact you refuse to handle my case because you didn't like my review and sent me notice that you are no longer on the case

Robert helped in dealing with a tenant where multiple issues overlapped and the tenant was not paying rent. Robert understood the issues and had a long term strategy of resolving them. In fact, while awaiting the LTB date, Robert negotiated an agreement that resulted in an early eviction. We had an extraordinarily good experience with Robert as he prevailed over a difficult tenant. Robert is professional, knowledgeable, firm and result oriented. Finally, he demonstrated integrity because at one point we overpaid him in error and he alerted me and declined the transfer.
