I got my nails done by Jennifer and she’s such a perfectionist and did everything in a detail. Best nail salon in St.Catharines hands down ❤️❤️❤️will be back soon!!!

I was not going to bother posting a review, it wasn't the worst experience ever but it felt very rushed even though I had an appointment and no one else was there. I took my daughter for her first time getting acrylics and neither of us left loving our nails, mine are alright hers you can clearly see her nails under the acrylic, she got French tip and no base coat was done on them. 5 days later and one of hers fell off..... I've never in my life experienced an acrylic nail falling off or even coming close

I have been seeing Michael and Lucy for over 25 years and I personally have NEVER had a bad experience!!!!! They are both hard working manicurists and Don’t deserve this negative feedback!! I for one have Always had great service and if there is an issue it has Always been resolved with a kind word and I can honestly say that a negative experience has Never happened to me!!!! Cathy B

probably one of the worst experiences at a nail place, it wasn’t even rushed yet still came out clumpy, messed up, uneven, and not at all worth the money. i didn’t get mine done because of the very long wait, as there is two workers that apparently don’t have the same clients so i watched almost 3 people get their nails done before me while he did my friends as u can tell not very well.

Brought my girlfriend to do her nails. I love the results. Michael took his time and ensured her nails were to her liking. Best time to go is during the morning, earlier the better as it gets quit busy. I seen that they had regulars there. Very friendly staff, free Wi-Fi with password. Not a flashy place but the quality of work is beyond amazing. This is a quality place. I must say I haven't personally gotten any work done on myself but my girl was definitely satisfied. We will be returning and I will be getting myself pampered. Pretty Nails also offers a variety of services ranging from Mani / Pedi, waxing to massages. Great place to check out. Only two workers there when we went not sure if they have more employees.
