Pretty Nails

I love going here. The owners are so sweet. Terry does such an amazing job on my nails. Very attentive and very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend anyone to come here. Quality work and just a nice simple salon. Prices are great too !

I will never return here! The owner has to take some classes on customer service. I came in here with my mom and sister in law. My sister in law got acrylics nails done and he did a really poor job, extremely thick, and sloppy paint job! I requested that when he gets time to thin it down he got extremely agitated, and started cursing and threatening to call the police. Keep in mind I'm 8 months pregnant and was not being rude to him, just simply asked him to correct this for her. He got so agitated I had to leave because it became very uncomfortable and stressful. I went to phenox nails where they did a fantastic job. Do not go here! Poor customer service, poor quality, poor selection, poor experience!!

Where do I start? I went in to pretty nails today to get acrylic nails done. I had the man there he appears to be the owner. He butchered my nails my acrylic was done extremely thick barely shaved down and then the shellac was put on really thick and sloppy. My 8 month pregnant sister in law was waiting to get her nails painted and when she saw them she told me to say something but I was too shy. So she asked if when he was done what he was doing if he could come over. she then showed him the issues that I had with my nails and just requested that he fixes them when he’s done with the other girl. He then went on to yell at her and tell me to pay for my nails or he will call the police. Confused she asked why he wasn’t willing to fix the nails and that we never once said we wouldn’t pay just wanted nice nails for new years. He continued to scream at myself and her, with her being 8 months pregnant she left and went to phoenix nails. The hostile environment he created was extremely uncomfortable for everyone present. No one yelled at this man for him to react this way just simply asked for him to fix the poor job that was done. I will never return to this place, no excuse for that type of behaviour.
