The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. The invoice was fair and the job was done well. The people do their best to accommodate the customer's needs. I am thankful that I found them and will go back to them every time. Another great job done by the dealership in St. Catharines! Thanks guys!

These guys are always on top of their game. I don't know how they do it, but they are really different from any other shop our fleet uses. They take time to understand each problem, assess the situation and the needs of your operation, and proceed to complete all work in a timely and cost effective manner. With their service team, we never have to worry about being overcharged or having to dispute our invoices. Everything is fair and agreed upon before the work begins; and is completed as agreed. No surprises! Thanks guys!!!

I am posting a review so other families or individuals do not go through what our family is. This is my message to this companies GM regarding what we are going through. No estimate and they did the work without my consent. They are charging me over 60% my original quote. “I am struggling trying to come up with the extra money, as I was told that I would be looking between $2500 to $3000 by your service manager Pablo. After no communication from the service department for a week we decided to show up, at this time I was under the impression that this is what my costs would be for the safety inspection plus a Oil and Fluid flush that Pablo highly recommended. Also I was told at this time the Door lock was not functioning and the mechanic had to climb through the window this was going to cost $600 to fix. I told them that it does work and asked for it to be reinstalled so I could try it, he installed it again and I tried the door lock , it did intact work fine and they brushed it off and moved on. I also mentioned to Pablo that the carpet was stained from work boots and he said don’t worry that would be taken care of as well. So we left excited. We called on Monday after not hearing back and Pablo told me that they were working on the Engine bolts at that moment. I then called parts on Wednesday after again not hearing from service of ANY updates. The parts counter told me that if they were me they would be upset to and gave me your number (Jarrod) Unfortunately due to the lack of communication from your service department, also not providing me a written estimate to sign or even an option to not have the safety preformed at your facility and just take my RV elsewhere. We would have come down in a second to look at an estimate as we were Very excited about our RV as this is our home now , I told Adam about this and he told me he is jealous and has a Travel trailer and would love to do this , He was making sure we would be treated great. Truth is I only have $4500 at the moment. I have been scrambling all day to try and come up with the funding for this unforeseen amount of $7100. I am not sure what my options are moving forward. If you can please Provide me with your options. I have been in contact with Consumer protection Ontario and they told me that I need a written estimate or to have agreed to the total cost before repairs were completed. This did not happen nor did I have an opportunity to agree to have my bill increased by over 50%. I have never been in this situation before and it’s now caused a lot of hardship and stress. When I called your facility the first time I was told it would be done at the end of the week and was under the impression it was always going to be between $2500 to $3000. I am very confused and hurt by this, our plans to leave and go on the road have been spoiled now as we are not rich by any means and an extra $4100 is a lot Of money to us. Regards, Jessica Bennici
