I bought a Z530M from Shaun approximately 2 years ago. I recently had a warranty issue, so I reached out to him and he put me in contact with the Service Department. They took care of my issue immediately...picked up my mower the next day. It was fixed and returned to me within 48 hours of my first contact and at no charge to me! Very much appreciate the great service at Premier Equipment Smithville!

Last month we needed to cut the grass badly at our new house with a large 1/4 acre property in Grimbsy. That’s large for being in a subdivision. We tried to get away with a 21” push mower from Home Depot but it wasn’t up for the task and bogged down when I tried to mulch etc. Not to mention it would take a couple hours which I’d rather be golfing or playing with my German Shepard’s. So we went tractor hunting and nothing used made sense to me. The prices were high and the machines all seemed like they were beaten up and rusted etc. Nothing under $1700 seemed like it belonged to sleep in my garage in between cuts. So my wife mentioned to her boss / uncle we are seeking a lawn tractor and he always has a spot or a guy and that goes for restaurants as well. He directed us to premier John Deere about 15 minutes away from our house. I went as she was stuck at the office and instantly you can see this place has everything you need and want !! Mike in sales helped me out and had the knowledge required for me to make an informed decision on the lawn tractor best suited for our needs. We got the x350 it was delivered 2 days later for a small fee and I’ve used it 6x in a month!! I even cut my neighbours yard front and back just to justify driving a couple streets over. It’s been great and we have no regrets. I’ll be asking Santa for a few accessories like the seat cover and the mulch kit and cover 😊 Jon Markus Grimsby
