Scott and Cliff at Power Tech Hydraulics Niagara are the best! Always top notch customer service. I have been here several times. Each and every time I have came seeking replacement parts/ hoses, Scott and Cliff had me taken care of very quickly. I come in with the broken part, 5 mins later I have the replacement paid for and im able to get back to the jobsite!

Tried another place for a hose, they didn't have it and recommend Power Tech. I was the customer no one likes: shows up 5 minutes before closing on a Friday. The nice guy at the counter took care of everything with a good attitude and got me out with the right parts quickly. And bonus, apparently sometimes there's a shop dog. You can always trust a place with a shop pup! Thanks - highly recommend!
