Terrible insurance company, they dropped me after someone broke into my work van and stole my tools. Stay away from this scummy company

My auto insurance skyrocketed with no notice. The rate went up by almost $1,100 a year. I had no accidents, tickets etc The same thing happened with my mom’s home and auto insurance. Currently looking for another company.

Very bad customer service, had a business theft and they are very slow and unresponsive to most contact I have tried to make with them. I had everything taken from me to continue to run my business. It has been over 2 months now, after sending them police report one month ago they can’t even contact me back and give me a general idea of what’s going on. Not sure what kind of insurance I’ve been paying into as there does not seem to be any kind at all.

If I could give a one star I would. Please do not do any business with this company. Not only are they unprofessional, but they speak terribly about their customers. We signed a contract for a certain amount only for them to tell us the number was a system error and the actual amount was significantly higher. At first we were understanding that things happen, but then the amount was changed again to an even higher amount because they didn't bill for the correct amount of months. After all this we were sent an email from one of their representatives saying "this lady likes to complain". The audacity is crazy to say this when all the mistakes happened on their own end. Now we're stuck with them for a year because we can't cancel or they will charge a fee. Do yourself a favour and RUN.

I have been a customer for years and years. Everything was perfectly fine until a lady named Leigh took over my account. She never returned my calls or emails. Ignored my requests. And I almost wasnt able to move into my new home because she did not set up the home insurance even though I had given her months and months notice. I found out she did not set it up the DAY BEFORE I TOOK POSSESSION! Then in the midst of this chaos my banking info changed. I sent in the info numerous times but they just dropped the ball. Now they cancelled my insurance because I did not pay, even though I have sent in my info so many times and was willing to work with them. Terrible customer service. And on top of it, they even are charging me a NSF fee!! Awful - would not recommend.
