The one time the Uber app wasn’t working we tried this company and my wife had the worst experience, and the drivers car wreaked of smoke. I guess I should have checked reviews first.

Asked for a cab in advance and they never showed up in time my appointment was cancelled and then showed 45 minutes late, after I called and cancelled the cab and it's not the first time.

I’ve used this service for a long time now and periods of time I would call at least twice a day everyday needing rides there and back to a location. There’s been times I’ve used the service and extra stops were an extra $5 per stop. And even if not the 5$ per stop it should be charged accordingly to meter, with that said I got a ride across town which cost a flat $10 and I forgot to L stop somewhere on the way back but was less than half the drive going from one side of then to the next as it was basically around the corner, the driver visually and verbally annoyed with the extra stops decided to charge me $30 now from the originally $10 ride and never did use the meter for this she decided to hugely overcharge because of her annoyance which you can guarantee she was pocketing more than what the actual ride cost as her own personal tip for the littke extra ride I needed. Now the other day I had someone stop here in a premier taxi while I waited for my taxi and I guess they came as my friend left who was a male I must add not a female, and when they came they never honked nor called to let me know as they always due they stayed for a second and took off telling dispatch that I had left in a premier taxi which wasn’t the case my MALE friend was in the taxi and I was inside waiting. And than I get a text from one of the workers personal cell phones claiming I’m not to call them anymore that I left in premier in front of them if I don’t like their service I shouldn’t be calling and to have a great time when the other service is closed and I have to walk at night. THIS IS THE TREATMENT I GET FOR WAITING ST MY HKUSE FIR A TAXI THAT NEVER MADE IT KNOWN THEY SHOWED UP LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO WHEN THEY EITHER HONK OR CALL AND THAN TELL ME IM NO LONGER ENTITLED TO THEIR SERVICE BECAUSE THEY CHOSE NOT TO HONK OR CALL AND NEVER LOOKED INTO THE SITUATION INSTEAD USED THEIR PERSONAL PHONE TREATING ME EXTREMELY POORLY FOR DOING NOTHING OTHER THAN CONTINUING TO WAIT FOR THEM! HANDS DOWN FROM THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE FROM DRIVERS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER TREATMENT IVE EVER SEEN AND HOW THIS HASN'T BEEN DEALT WITH OR THEY HAVEN'T BEEN FIRED LIKELY SAYS IT ALL ABOUT MANAGER OR OWNERS. ID ADVISE AGAINST THIS SERVICE AND EVEN WALKING APPOSED TO SUPPORTING THIS COMPANY THESE DAYS. I RATE THEM A HUGE ZERO!!
