Dr. Sokey is always accommodating with all my concerns. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating as well. If we have urgent matters, they always fit us in within the day and get tests and referrals sent right away.

Dr Jones is a great doctor. So thorough and takes time to listen without rushing you in your appt - The Nurse Practioner "KRISTINA" is a total gem and such a lovely person - I spend more time with her than Jones, but it's all good! She gets things done and I would deal with her anytime - Truly fantastic experience for me with either one! Port Health Clinic is always on time with my appts - Well Done!

I would not go here if you wanna be getting rude comments about your appearance or how I need birth control because I decided to have another planned pregnancy like I’m sorry but that is not there place to say anything if I didn’t want to have children I wouldn’t I don’t need your two sense. Trying to get a hold of them is so hard !! It’s unbelievable I try and get a hold of them to remind myself of an appointment and they can’t even answer doesn’t even call me a day before like most doctors no email for my sons appointments but I get emails for mine ?? It doesn’t make sense to me how they run things down there I signed up for a doctor and saw him once and have been bounced around by people that are so rude. Don’t even get me started when I got my son’s vaccine you would think you would have a little patience. How am I supposed to show up or make an appointment for my son and myself if I can’t get a hold of you and you wonder why I’m missing it. But of course they can call me to remind me I missed it lol. I will not be seeing them ever again the front reception are so rude like get a new job I’m it’s not my fault you hate your life. I refuse to get bounced around my whole pregnancy and see other nurses that are rude and I’m giving the head doctor just another person for his list but he won’t see me lol… port health clinic is a joke

I recently lost my family doctor of over 30 years as he has passed away, so I was looking for a new family doctor. I had put my name on the list of 4to 5 physicians, one of whom was Dr. Kevin Jones at the Port health clinic in Saint Catherine’s. I was hoping to get to see Dr. Jones because I have heard nothing but good things about him from people in my building that go to him as well as patients in the waiting room that spoke very highly of him when I was there filling out an application. When I did get to see Dr. Jones, I found him to be extremely sympathetic very caring listens to your problems. He does not rush you out of the office although I realize there’s a time limit for appointments he still spent a considerable amount of time with me and for this I was very grateful. The receptionist staff is amazing and very kind and helpful. I’ve worked in the healthcare industry as a registered nurse for over 30 years and I’ve worked with many doctors and he by far exemplifies what a physician should be. I am so thrilled to be taken on as his patient. I would recommend him to anyone. He is an amazing amazing human being.

The clinic is spotless!! Sanitized, quiet, very well priced and free parking right outside. Marlene is amazing. She goes above and beyond to ensure customers receive personalized and professional assistance. She is thorough and adds a good reputation and positive value to the medical industry! Highly recommended
