Port Dalhousie Pharmacy

I am so happy to have found this pharmacy. I have complex issues and multiple prescriptions and it's important to have a Pharmacist who goes out of the way to help and ensure I have my meds. These guys were wonderful. I'm really happy here and appreciate them. They are very knowledgeable about the meds you take and if they don't have them they go out of the way to get them in asap. They care and it shows.

The owners/pharmacists, Sherif and Mike are so kind & helpful to us we switched pharmacies even though this one is a 45 minute drive. If they don’t have your medicine he will get it quickly. Most importantly, he is highly knowledgeable about pharmaceuticals and can suggest alternatives when needed. Free delivery is also available if you need it. My wife & I also get our flu & Covid shots from Sherif. We try to support local small businesses and this is one we’re happy to.

Prompt and efficient and all the staff treat you like family. Recently new owners have taken over this pharmacy and they've given it a complete 360. They go above and beyond their dudiligence, kindly greet you by name if they know you regularly, I can't say good enough things. If they don't have something specific in stock that you use, they'll order it in for you! This place will be around for a long time, they are doing it right, have great prices and product choice, super friendly & they've got a very clean and informative space. I've only been a customer for a month. I didn't speak with anyone and the pharmacist still filled and delivered my weekly medications the day they were due. This pharmacy goes above and beyond any expectations! To already remember me as a regular made me feel cared about and important. I have nothing but good things to say about Lakeport pharmacy which use to be Modern Pharmacy and they moved down the road.

Super helpful. Made sure we’d have everything we needed for special treatment before my daughters last radiation. Including syringes and sterile solution. The treatment before we went to Costco and the handed us a $2000 bottle of powder and said “thank you goodbye.” Personal treatment should never be out of style.
