BEWARE: Do not order by Mobile APP/SkiptheDishes/UberEats or DoorDash - there is absolutely NO refund recourse. Banks will make you wait 45+ days for a refund. Store is neglectful and unhelpful and will make you contact Customer Service. There is no human at CS and will only reply via a created ticket. Had a unfulfilled order but charged because of hydro disruption on Wednesday. They gladly took my money but now Friday, charge has been posted to my account but no reply from Store Owner or Popeyes Customer Service. Had to place a dispute with the bank. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS POPEYES location. They are fraudsters with NO apologies or manners or customer service training.

i visit this location today afternoon 26/01/2026. i am not happy with food of quality ans teste. it was So high Salt in chicken and inside in thighs peace blood veins was not remove it was part of my chicken hard to eat comes to bite. breadcrumbs was very thick coated on chicken... over my experience was NOT good. And i was NOT satisfy and happy to visit here.

We ordered two 2 piece chicken dinners. One with white meat (breast) and one dark meat. Service was very quick. I took it to our table. I had to ask for napkins, then I had to ask for forks. I looked at my white piece and behold, it was dark meat. I checked my receipt and saw that they didn’t take the white meat order, so I couldn’t complain because in actuality I received what they had on the receipt. I used 6 napkins on that one thigh. The meat was SO greasy. It was not a great dining experience. I won’t go back to that restaurant again. I’m not sure if I would try a different location. We were not impressed.

Had a great experience at Popeyes! Ordered the Ghost Pepper Wings and the Blackened Chicken Sandwich which were both tasty and fresh. Big shoutout to Manager Mangveer and the cashiers for being so friendly and efficient. Excellent service and delicious food made my visit a really good one. Definitely recommend stopping by!

Not one to ever complain. But the food today was stale, old and warmed up. I come to this location and have been coming on weekdays for its freshness but the weekend staff is not only horribly trained, lack customer service & cannot take accountability. My food was cold. The cashier not only forgot to add an item to my order but didn’t provide me with my receipt when I asked again as she forgot an item gave it then. And when I finally paid for that item she “forgot” to charge. When added it was also cold and stale when I asked she argued oh the buns will always be cold like I haven’t gotten it fresh before... This is not my first time ordering. The chicken, fries and minis was cold and stale. Avoid this location and the worker Mangveer and the assistant Manager Rasheed or whatever.
