Stopped at Popeyes last night on the way to Niagara We got one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. Made us wait 25 minutes to get food prep. What is this, a fine dining? Ordered a 5-piece chicken includes 4 piece Combo and 1 add on chicken breast only GIVEN ONE, meal was dripping in oil (red circle in picture) and clearly undercooked. The fries box was barely half full. After a long drive, this was supposed to be a simple stop, but it ended up ruining part of our trip. Was given 1 ketchup and 1 hot sauce sachet to condiment 5 pieces. Chicken, Fries Even the Sauce that was served was disheartening. The store wasn’t busy at all. How does an order leave the kitchen missing food and with raw chicken? Basic quality control shouldn’t be this hard. Popeyes management seriously needs to look into this location. Customers shouldn’t have to check if their food is complete and safe to eat before leaving the counter.
View on GoogleI had a wonderful experience at the Popeyes on Lundy’s Lane. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Aleesha. She was warm, polite, and very welcoming, which made a great first impression. Even though it was a busy time, she handled everything efficiently and professionally, ensuring my order was correct and served quickly. It’s rare to see such genuine care for customers, and it really made my visit enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this location, and big appreciation to Aleesha for her excellent customer service.
View on GoogleVery dependable and efficient customer service. Orders were always on time and maintained high standards of cleanliness and customer service especially by a cashier team named Aleesha Shrees. I was astonished by the speed, precision and her adaptability to handle a really hot headed customer like me. Truly a wonderful people and a great place to enjoy fried chicken
View on GoogleQuick service and hot, fresh chicken. The staff are fast, attentive and polite, which makes the visit smooth. A couple of safety notes: one of the seats is extremely loose and not safe to sit on, and the restroom door seems to have an issue. Overall, good experience with room for small improvements.
View on GooglePopeyes Louisiana Kitchen never disappoints when it comes to that classic fried chicken taste. The chicken is always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the sides—especially the Cajun fries and mashed potatoes—are solid and flavourful. The service is generally quick and friendly, though it can get a little slow during peak hours. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable spot for a casual meal. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a satisfying fried chicken fix, just wish the portion sizes were a bit bigger for the price.
