We came in on Sunday evening to get some dinner. I understand that it can get busy sometimes but to see this inside the box of chicken I ordered? Very disappointing! On top of that, the crew is always hiding in the kitchen so no one to serve you right away. I hope the management can look into it.

My partner and I stopped at Popeyes, and once again, it delivered. We ordered the Freddy Box and Spicy Chicken. Despite the slower winter foot traffic, everything came out hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. We were greeted by Simran, who was managing the location during our visit, and honestly, she was the highlight of our experience. Her warm, welcoming tone and genuine smile lit up the restaurant. She was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive, professional, and quick to help. On such a cold day, her kindness made all the difference. I first tried Popeye’s at this location during my trip to Canada last year and loved it. I returned this year, and I'm happy to say the classic sandwich and combo are just as amazing as I remembered—still at the top of my list for chicken sandwiches. The staff were also helpful and attentive. Restaurant washroom was in a terrible state.
