Pool City Billiards

The actual places seems great, but the vibes were not. Especially as a group of younger girls. Me and a couple of friends went to check the place out and hopefully play some pool, but even before walking inside, we got catcalled by some old men who were standing around the entrance area. We ignored it and went inside and as we walked in, people began giving us weird looks and staring at us. We weren't doing anything out of the ordinary, just trying to play some pool, in our jackets and jeans. We absolutely did not feel welcome or safe to play. As we left, we got cat called by other men at the front door. Not blaming the owners of the place as it seemed like a nice place to play pool, just beware of the customers and people that frequent this place. Wouldn't recommend going if you are girls.

Best pool hall in all of Niagara. It's super clean, very cool atmosphere. The wings are amazing, good prices and occasionally they have live music and dancing. The staff are great and all the gear is new and clean. Love this spot!

Amazing place to play pool. The tables are clean and well-maintained, and there’s always a good selection of food that actually tastes great. The staff are very nice, attentive, and make you feel at home the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is amazing — a mix of chill, fun, and energetic, depending on the night. Definitely one of my favorite spots to unwind.

Review specific to pool quality and cost. Have not ordered food or drinks here. Torn on this review.... One of the few spots in the Niagara Region that have the 4 1/2 x 9 ft pool tables. Unfortunately they charge almost $0.50 per minute to play ~ nearly $90 dollars for 3 hours of pool. Comparatively, other pool halls I've been to that regularly maintain the felt and bumpers of the tables, significantly more frequently than here, are $0.22-0.25 per minute of play. Tables are nice if you prefer practicing on a 4 1/2 x 9 ft table, instead of the traditional poor quality 4 x 8 ft tables at your local bar. Felts are more on the worn side, and have found some more dead bumpers. Unfortunately for such a premium cost attached to play time, they severely lack in quality. Still a nice chill environment to go play pool in, if they maintain the tables more regularly I could potentially see them charging a premium price, however at their current state, they are simply charging too much for just playing pool.

Traveling from US and stopped by for a few games. Waitress was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Tables are very nice, clean, and straight. Beer was cold and very nice. Waitress even ordered food for us as the fryer was down. Thanks for the great service and experience!
