POOL BUSTERS

This review is long overdue. I initially wanted to forget the entire experience, but I believe it’s only fair to share my honest feedback. In the summer of 2023. I contacted Poolbusters to request a replacement heater and a new pool filter. Ryan, the manager, assured me that if I paid a substantial deposit immediately, the entire process would take two weeks. I paid the deposit, and appointments were scheduled for technicians to complete the work. However, no one showed up on the first scheduled date. I had taken a day off work specifically to be present. When I called Poolbusters, I was told all technicians were on another job, with no prior notice given. I demanded an explanation, but I was met with silence. We rescheduled multiple times, and each time, no one appeared. I was given false excuses—delays in parts arriving, incorrect sand delivery, and other lies. Eventually, a staff member admitted they didn’t know why no one showed up. I told them I would take my business elsewhere and requested a refund. They said I needed to speak with Ryan, who never returned my calls. Despite numerous attempts to reach him directly, I was consistently told he was unavailable and would return my call. Frustrated, I went through my credit card company to get a refund. This experience reflects extremely poor business practices—outright lies, excuses, and lack of accountability. I strongly advise against using Poolbusters. Save yourself time, money, and frustration by choosing a more reputable company.

Called 4 places for quotes to replace our pool liner 2 did not return my call 1 did a week later and Ryan from pool busters had a quote ready for me the following day. Amazing group of guys over there. Went with Caribbean grey and it has completely change our old looking pool . We love it! John and Ryan were amazing explaining every little thing to me. Blake and Alfred were great. A special shout out to Mike. He was very kind and his customer service was outstanding. He made sure I was happy every step of the way. The service is absolutely fantastic! Jude and Ravi were so pleasant and did a great job! The safety cover came in with wrong measurements for the stairs but everything was quickly fixed and Jude and Ravi came to install the safety cover as soon as they had the fixed cover! I would recommend Poolbusters to all my friends and family! They actually care about their customers! We are absolutely in love with our new safety cover! Looks great!

Recently had a pool liner done by Mike. He did an excellent job and would highly recommend him to anyone. I needed a bunch of concrete work done and other things because I let my old liner go too long and I was worried about wrinkles in my new liner after he was finished. It worked out perfect and not one single wrinkle.

It completely transformed the look of our pool and backyard — the color is stunning and has such a natural, upscale feel to it. We’ve already had compliments from friends and family!
