We had an excellent experience with Policella Homes from start to finish. From the outset, Vince was attentive, transparent, and genuinely invested in making sure our vision was realized. Vince was consistently accommodating and approachable, which made what can be a very stressful process, feel smooth and manageable. Six years later, our home still feels new. We purchased a detached bungalow in 2024. Vince was very helpful, patient and quick to take care of any minor issues once we moved in. His homes are well built and have many upgraded features for a reasonable cost. He was always available by email to address any concerns we had and assist us with information about our homes equipment. We have used Policella Homes for 2 new build constructions and would highly recommend Vince Jr. if you're interested in building a new home. As others have mentioned, Vince Jr. is incredibly hands on and responsive to work with you throughout the process. He offers suggestions along that way that you may not think of but will appreciate at the end, and is very considerate of everyone's needs and opinions knowing you're building a family home together. They work with many local vendors for the different selections, and you feel like you have basically total creative freedom when choosing all of the important finishes. In both builds, our house was completed right on time from the original expected completion date. This is common across many others we know that have used Policella Homes and is really the ultimate sign of the attention and care that Vince puts into each project.

I have moved into my beautiful Policella home recently. It's a good location and looks like it will turn out to a lovely community. Vince Policella is quick to respond to questions, and the team worked hard every day to ensure the homeowners are happy! They have chosen quality suppliers, and they are attentive to detail.
