The staff (particularly Wendy) was able to help with decisions, was emotionally supportive and added some small touches that made the day of the memorial memorable. She practically became one of the family. She also stepped up to overcome some challenges related to everyone being from out of town. Sean was able to walk us through some practical end of life details. The facilities and grounds are beautiful. The catering was fantastic and was able to deal with food allergies.

During an incredibly difficult time, Stacy showed genuine compassion and professionalism. From the first conversation through the final arrangements, everything was handled with care, dignity, and attention to detail. She took the time to explain each step, answer questions patiently, and accommodate our family’s wishes without ever making us feel rushed. What stood out most was the kindness of the staff. Their empathy felt sincere, and it was clear they truly care about the families they serve. We are deeply grateful for the support they provided and would highly recommend this funeral home and cemetery to anyone seeking respectful, compassionate care during a time of loss.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Pleasantview, especially Andrea, Wendy and Teide. They walked us through making arrangements for my father after he passed away very suddenly. Their kindness and caring made all the difference while my family and I navigated this process amidst fresh grief. They provided invaluable guidance and care, right through to the aftercare appointment. Thank you!

I really really appreciate everything 🙏 this funeral home has done for me like I said they did everything for me I just had to show up for my appointments and they were very helpful and amazing!! The only thing I think 🤔 that they need to do is lower the prices on everything they are selling cause it's way to expensive and even the cheapest coughing looks so getto I think they need to lower the cost for it is going into the ground it's not gold for it's a loved one and we want them to have the best but yet no one can afford it at all!! I was talking to my husband about opening up a store that only sells coffins and stones and stuff that you need for funerals but yet we want to open up a store that will be very very reasonable for people that don't have a lot of money but want to make their loved ones have a beautiful comforting ending!! Other than the prices this place is amazing and very beautiful ❤️ place!!

An update from my last review. I attended a funeral here on Saturday December 10th. The staff at Pleasantview were very respectful and showed a tremendous amount of compassion. I would like to give a special thank you to Barb. Pleasantview is very fortunate to have an employee like you. Thank you. My wife and I have been to Pleasantview funeral home and cemetery two times to pre plan our final arrangements. Our experience there has been nothing short of exceptional. Our pre planner Maria DiPalo-Alexander was helpful,  informative and compassionate. She made a stressful experience, easy and comfortable. Maria was also very accommodating when we had decided to change certain arrangements we had already made. We never felt rushed, and she took plenty of time to listen and understand our needs. She was personable, friendly, and had a great sense of humour. I would highly recommended her for your final arrangements. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and there were plenty of options for us to choose from.
