Playtown Niagara

Went for a birthday. Safe to say this place was absolutely amazing for everyone. A less overstimulating play place (versus video game arcades) where the child can just enjoy everything in-front of them. All parents i spoke with shared that we too would like to rent this for our kids next event as well. Staff was helpful in any requests. Definitely recommend

We recently celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday at Playtown and had a really great experience. The staff were friendly and organized, everything ran smoothly, and the kids had so much fun. It made the day easy and stress-free for parents too. We’d definitely recommend it for a birthday party!

Over the Christmas break this was the pefect morning outing with our children. We went early and there was no line up and our kids had the run of the place which was amazing as they really got to explore all the toys that they had available! It is a small venue, but I found that to be nice as I was not worried about not being able to see or keep an eye on the kids. It was also wonderful to see the kids use their imagination and pretend to be vets, hair stylists, astronauts, mechanics and much more! Great way to spend a couple of hours!

My 2yrs and 4yrs old grandkids had a ball here. Inside is very well planned out and so many interactive things to do. the staff were very friendly and around to ask any questions. Wasn't too busy so it was great to keep an eye on the kids. There are washrooms inside and a snack bar in main reception area. Highly recommended for kids to explore , create and have fun .

Such an amazing birthday experience for my little lady! All of the kids had such a fantastic time. The facility was super clean, and the party room was absolutely the cutest space to host our donut party.
