My gf and I have brought tons of stuff here over the years and they've always been good up until recently. The other day I brought four bags of good barely worn freshly washed clothes, shoes, boots, jackets, hats and jerseys (zara, Levi's, Sundays best, Nike, adidas, new era, lazy oaf, hm, supreme) all great stuff. They made me wait an hour and then told me they wouldn't buy a single item "because of scuffs and marks" wich is completely bullshit. I then drove to Hamilton and brought it to the Plato's closet in Hamilton and they bought every single item and gave me 200 bucks for it. Don't know who is looking through the clothes there right now but if they aren't buying anything currently they should probably just tell people they aren't buying.
View on GoogleThis store hasa super good environment! Amazing priced items and is always full of different things, you never know what you are walking in to! They also buy clothing which is a plus! Highly recommend this store for thrifting!
View on Googlethis place is a scam. I brought so many good things like Hollister, Aritzia, Brandy Melville, and coach. The items are completely new, and they denied everything. But when I shop in there, I find clothes from shein, walmart, and fashion nova. I understand that there is a process of sorting, but when I shop there and find fast fashion pieces, I don’t want to support this store.
View on GoogleOverall good experience, was able to find a few items and the store was certainly crowded. I would suggest looking over items really well. I bought some earrings and did not notice they were broken because it was a last minute decision before cashing out! When I called while we drove home they said because it was a clearance item there are no exchanges and that they often put damaged items on clearance. So please really look over all your items and don't buy something broken like I did🙄 otherwise id recommend the store, just be cautious.
View on GoogleI've been here a few times now and the staff are friendly. During my last visit I brought 5 bags of clothing to sell. I apologized in advance for how much I brought but the employee who checked me in assured me that it was okay and made me feel comfortable about it which is great. One of their employees, Aidan, asked if I needed help bringing the unsold items back to my car. That was very nice of him. The store is a bit crowded due to how close the aisles are, but they make good use of the space they have.
