We have had 2 deliveries which have been very good quality and excellent customer service from ordering and delivery by Tim..will definitely be ordering soon.

I needed four types of soil/mulch for an upgrade of my backyard. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful at making sure I was choosing correctly. They did an excellent job of scheduling deliveries for me. Even the delivery driver was friendly and prompt. Well done!

SOIL WARNING! Fair prices if you're getting gravel but trash for soil. I'm landscaping a whole new garden, most of which I've been establishing with Rice road greenhouses' Pro triple mix for $60, a yard. Nutrient dense! They were closed on a Sunday and I made The mistake of getting Pro triple mix from Plants Choice. Definitely never going to be my choice again! ! 😩👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 After 2 days this soil was dust and trash! Roots mixed with rock hard garbage! Doesn't hold water. Doesn't have organic material. Don't waste your time and money!

First of all the customer service was fine over the phone and she called me back as promised to process my order. The delivery came pretty much as promised and the driver was great. Begs the question why such a poor rating...... The issue is the product, I've ordered 4 yards of triple mix which is supposed to be double screened. What I've received is full of twigs, large and small balls of compost or soil ranging from golf ball to softball size and some even bigger. Also there are lots of garbage plastic pieces from various items, screws, rocks and the list goes on ..... Since I've ordered these for a raised garden bed, now I am forced to build a screen and process the top several inches so my seeds can hopefully germinate. At this point it looks like it will take me 2+ days to accomplish this. It appears that about 1/3 of the product is not suitable. I never had this problem in the past with other suppliers. Please do your due diligence and check the product before you buy, that's exactly what I should have done.

Excellent prices on top quality mulch. The Raven black mulch is super dark, my wife loves it! Also the staff is super friendly and the bulk loaders give a generous amount when loading.
