Pizza Pizza

Ordered an XXL veggie pizza, received an XL in an XXL box. 2 toppings were missing and tomatoes were substituted for bruschetta without notification. Bottom of the pizza was burnt and top was barely cooked. After reading all of the other terrible reviews for this location I’m surprised they’re still open. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. Can’t wait for my auto generated response from Pizza Pizza’s AI goon. Nobody should waste their money here.

We ordered one large pizza special plus an XXL pizza for dinner. When we got home we opened up both pizza boxes and they were the exact same size even though we ordered XXL … not happy. This is stealing from your customers. We should get what we pay for. Make sure you double check your pizza sizes when you go to this location. And I hope I can atleast get a refund or something for this.

Stopped in at this Pizza Pizza location for a slice to eat on my drive home last night. I think the person slicing this pizza was working through some personal issues. The cut looked like a cry for help, and the slice wasn’t fully warmed through which somehow fits the overall mood, maybe it got the silent treatment from the oven. On the bright side, the mushrooms and peppers seem to have survived the ordeal better than I did. 🤷🏻 They have done better in the past. So a very average review from me.

I went to this location with my family for a pizza. When placing the order, I specifically mentioned twice that I wanted it easy on the sauce. Unfortunately, what we received was the exact opposite – it had extra sauce on the bottom. The guy working there seemed more focused on his phone than on taking the order correctly. Mistakes can happen, and I wouldn’t have minded if he had at least apologized, but instead he just said, “thank you for the feedback” without acknowledging the issue. There was no greeting or effort to make the experience better. He doesn't even know the difference among easy, extra and standard duh, as per conversation with him.

Pizza is gross. The staff are not the hardworking type. Very frustrating. We ordered the Fan Special and specified thin crust and well done. The bottom is burnt. The top is more undercooked than well done. The cheese has not even melted - I have attached a closeup picture. There are lots of toppings and the taste is not too bad so I’ll give it 2 stars. Won’t return.
