Pita Pit

Walked in to order our dinner at the kiosk @7:25pm today on 02/13/26 and while I was ordering my girlfriend watched the employee turn his back to us and pick his nose not once but twice and wipe it on his uniform, we were in total disgust and couldn’t believe what we had seen.. So if a manager or owner can go back and watch the security footage we would gladly appreciate it… and fire this clown!!! He shouldn't be handling food he should be working in the gold mines.. Absolutely disgusting we will never ever be back to this location.. Please fire that employee ASAP!!! Management please reach out to me…

My boyfriend and I went there for dinner and we ended up walking out because I watched the guy that was about to make our pitas pick his nose not once but twice and proceed to wipe it on his clothes. We will not be going back, that was absolutely disgusting. Sorry to the people who walked In right as we were leaving

Pita Pit never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I like it. The pita bread is soft and warm, the ingredients are crisp, and the portions are generous. I am a delivery driver. When I went there to pick up the order, it was so busy but I saw only one female employee battling with all those orders. She did a great job. The business owner should know better about the rushes that comes on a day like this. They should know how to manage the schedule on a days like new year and other holidays.

Poor person was the ONLY one working and was getting slammed. Had to wait twenty minutes through no fault of the staff member that was doing a fabulous job! He was hustling, but between pickup orders and in house lines one person staffed is unacceptable. Too many other options out there than to wait that long. Your lucky you have a hard working team member or the wait times would have been much much longer. This is completely on The Franchise owner. You expect way way way too much from one person at a busy store… with that said food was good and fresh and the team member was very polite as well
