Brought my 92 year old aunt there to purchase a Amana stove. She has been shopping there for 30 years as her mother before her. When she first used the stove her meals were not cooking to ready and taking forever to keep the heat up. Pirie's send a technician who made some minor adjustments but did not fix the problem. All she wanted was the stove to be returned but was told that woukd cost her. She took it upon herself and contacted Whirlpool. They sent a technician who had to replace a panel of some sort and it was fixed. I took her back to Pirie's to vent her displeasure but basically was told they never have problems like this and have been in business for 99 years. Very disappointing that they treat a local senior on a fixed income this way. I hurts her the most is there is nothing they would do to rectify the situation. I guess they forgot about Covid when they were asking to please support your local businesses!

Absolute joke! Do not go! Their mystery truck may or may not show up when "promised". Not even sure they even own their products. Just subcontracting their orders? Pirie Appliances, you have taken your customers for granted and once your legacy customer base dries up, you will see what you have done to your business. You are just a parts store in my opinion. Steven, thanks for the refund, now go back to watching hockey while at work. Wow! Order from CAS and magically, the same washer showed up 2 days later. No mystery truck, installed and done.

Just called there looking for a simple dishwasher door gasket and they quoted me a precise $100. plus tax for a dishwasher that we bought there. I never got to their price to install it. Amazingly I was able to find the correct gasket online for $19.99 delivered. With that kind of profit margin its easy to see how they've been in business for so long.

Excellent service. We had the Pirie guys come out last week to fix our oven. They were super friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. It works perfectly now. The price was very fair too. Would definitely recommend them.

We recently purchased a GE slot in double oven from Piries. We’d had them recommended by another privately owned store who didn’t offer GE appliances, and I am SO happy they did so Steve at Piries was extremely helpful, answering all of our questions relating to ordering, delivery and installation. On installation day, we had a slight hiccup and Steve came out himself the very next morning. Everything was sorted, nothing was too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. It was 5 star service all the way
