This specific locations car wash caused almost 1700 dollars in damages to a friend's vehical. They admited in an email the damages were caused by their machines having a faulty sensor and refused to give their insurance information and gave the people 1000 to fix their vehical... not only are they untrustworthy but they clearly show they do not appreciate their customers and do not respect their customers especially when its their fault damages have occurred... I wont ever give my money to this gas station again since they clearly do not care about their customers... I wonder what corporate would say if they found out one of their owners is letting their business name be dragged through the dirt over 1700 dollars in damages they can afford to repair it since its their fault.

Disgusted – If I could give zero stars, I would I’m furious at how my parents were treated. The hood of their vehicle was damaged by the touchless car wash at Pioneer (599 Main St W, Port Colborne). The repair cost was $1,668.87. Pioneer admitted fault but refused to provide insurance info and only paid $1,000, leaving them to cover the rest. This is beyond disappointing—it’s wrong. A business should take responsibility, not leave loyal customers paying for damage caused by their equipment. Watching my parents go through this was heartbreaking. If this happened to them, it could happen to you. Avoid this car wash at all costs.

The pump was broken and didn’t shut off when the car was full. Gas all over my car, myself and the ground. I had to pay for the lost gas because I had prepaid. I simply asked for a car was to wash the gas off. The manager told me she had NO authority to issue it. She only asked me to leave my number and she would call me. I was a loyal customer and when I called to find out what they intended to do about it, she laughed at me! The pump should be marked “out of order” immediately. It’s entirely too dangerous and with the price of gas, they should compensate me. The manager needs a lesson in customer service and the owner needs to give the manager some authority.

Used the car wash and had it almost close on my truck as it was drying. Had to reverse it to avoid damaged to my truck and ended up stuck in there with my kid and my pregnant wife. The emergency button was on my wife’s side and I was boxed in. She went to press the button and it did nothing. She was scared my kid was crying and I had to google the pioneers number to get out. Asked for my money back and was told that would be an impossibility. Never going here again. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been filling up and getting car washes here for almost two years now. When the pumps have the tap option to pay for gas, I’d expect it to work, or at the very least be in the process of being repaired so it can. As for the car wash, the Ultimate wash costs $15.99 and STILL leaves dirty streaks. One would expect that the entirety of their vehicle to be cleaned off. I understand having to be universal compliant to accommodate most vehicles. However this is not an unreasonable expectation, and to maintain the cleanliness of the car wash itself is something to be said.
