Pioneer - Gas Station

I’ve been coming to this gas station regularly, but my recent experience with the overnight staff member named Naz was extremely disappointing. His attitude toward customers was very rude and unprofessional. Management should seriously look into this because this experience has definitely changed my view of this location.

These people are very nice and are always polite to customers. Having to buy something to get a $2.00 reward is NOT a reward. You should go back to the freebies.

I was in the area and stopped in for gas. One thing about this location is how chaotic it is as it’s on Ontario street. Not their fault but there are many other places to get that are easier to get in and out. The guy working seemed friendly. They offer a small convenience store.

We are currently trying to get a credit from this gas station as someone else’s gas of over 20o$ was accidentally added to a small intended purchase at the store. It is now a week nearly and we still have not been able to obtain the credit for what ended up being a voided purchase . We appreciate the people working there but we have essentially paid for someone else’s gas which was paid for after by the intended fueler . And we fight pioneer now owned by parkland for this credit back to our debit even though they have been paid twice for this 21o$ fueling . This is not fair on us as unintended payees . Pioneer please act swiftly to correct this mistake In receipt of the owner response please be advised that I have reached out to Nay ( customer service) multiple times by phone and email with no resolve in over now 7 days . I have launched a better business bureau complaint which parkland is aware of and sent a letter to Mr espey. Not sure how much more I can do . it is so unnecessary for me to go to such lengths to get my reimbursement Update no response from pioneer about refund for someone else’s gas on our debit card in spite of regular calls and emails . We will never use this station again even though my husband frequented it on a regular basis . We may have to seek legal action ti get our money returned

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS GAS STATION! Last week I went to fill up. First, the machine wouldn't process my payment which was fine - I understand technology doesn't always work. I cancelled the payment and decided to pump the gas and pay inside. I started with a quarter tank and after only $15 the pump stopped. I started repumping and once again it stopped after about $20 more. I continued 2 more times to fill it for a total of $65.00. I told the man working (who barely acknowledged my existence because he was playing on his phone) that I was concerned about the machine not processing my initial payment, and then about the pump stopping so many times. He gave me some story about there being air in my tank and disregarded my concerns. Two days later I was down to about half a tank of gas. I know my car, I know my mileage and this was NOT compatible was the my driving habits. My guess is I paid $65 for about $20 of fuel and in this economy who the hell can afford that?! Between the disregard from the employee and the waste of money I will never fill up here again.
