I go here weekly to buy my gas & lottery tickets the staff is always friendly fast the owners treat the staff like family The staff are friendly helpful and always have a smile on their face the store is always clean and good selection of most items you might need in between going to groceries great people great prices friend ly staff the open 24/7 365 days a year they have propane diesel gas groceries cleaning products oils ATM inside very safe place to come to highly recommend the pioneer gas station

I come to pioneer for the last 2 years and the last few months my orders have been messed up. Before, the staff knew exactly what I wanted but now, they struggle to know what I am asking for. At least they try.

As I politely waited for the cashier to get off his cell phone (texting or on the internet), I paid and stated to him that his cell phone must be more important than a paying customer. He got mad. That's customer service at its finest. Tossed my points card in the garbage. I will never go to pioneer again.

Gas line was leaking gas onto the ground while pumping gas, informed attendant who didn't seem to care, from the stain on the ground it had been happening for awhile. I authorized for up to 50 dollars in gas, but only pumped 30,noticed a day later after I got home 2 hours away that my card was charged the full 50. If you use this station pay attention because I can't be the only one this has happened to.
