Pioneer Convenience Store and Pizza pizza

The customer service is worst. I went there for fuel Refilling. The front desk person had conflict the prior customer as well. He complaint us why we took some time after refilling and said I need to watch outside. It is his job so how he can complaint about it. When we paid some extra cents and asked for him to give us change he literally said take tomorrow. Oh really! This is not good. Management should focus on these things.

Washrooms were not available. This is the second time I have heard from them in last 3 weeks. And the person in front said entire Niagara region does not have water. Reallyyy??? What's the use of washrooms if you are not going to open for public that's to for customers. Pioneer should look into this.

Just came pumped gas in two cars and my friends purchased snacks. When we ask if we can use washroom cashier said it’s occupied. We wait for a while and finally knocked on door to hear no one is in there. Finally cashier gave us code to enter and then no soap. We let him know and he reply he has no time to buy soap. Finally he offered another soap available in the store. Horrible way to treat customers and lie to them.
