March 27th update. Pin Oak Automotive are a Holman ARI approved repair facility. Working with the MTO I just had my fleet vehicle repaired. Service was amazing. I have finally grown a brain and decided to utilize a third party service facility that is not my original manufacturer facility. I have decided on Pin Oak Automotive. My initial impression and interaction has been very good. I was, to be honest, mildly agitated when I called and the young lady who I spoke with at Pin Oak calmed me down and booked me an appointment for this upcoming Monday to service my vehicle. Pricing quoted is much better than the dealership I was using and I assure you that even my brief interaction indicates that customer service appears it will be excellent. I look forward to working with Pin Oak Automotive for all my, my family and friends cars. I am hopeful they are a Holmin ARI approved shop as I would like to use them for our fleet vehicles for the government dept I work for.
