I am amazed at the customer service and attention to detail that this company has displayed. My wife bought a used product that had been slightly modified by the previous owner. Not only did Ben from the customer service department contact me personally by email and phone but the actual owner and creator of the Pigout Roaster called us to discuss what changes needed to be made to have it functioning at its optimal level. He diagnosed the problem and sent us replacement parts within 24 hours! My wife had a huge event and they wanted to make sure that the Pigout Roaster was going to be functioning properly for our event. My wife is just overwhelmed by their desire to diagnose the problem and fix it as soon as possible. Kudos to Alan and Ben from Pigout Roaster’s because of you our event will be a smashing success! Absolutely the best roaster and support team. I found PigOut Roasters a while ago and I followed them on YouTube. I ended up purchasing one and I am sure glad I did. It makes roasting anything and I mean anything soooo easy. The best of the best and I mean THE BEST especially for pig roasting lol. On top of a great product comes the support staff, Adam was always there to answer my question and to help me if I needed anything. They made the entire purchasing so easy and it was super fast. They are in Canada and I am in Texas and it still got here faster than getting something from eBay. I have roasted numerous succulent pigs and the clean up after was a breeze especially if you have a pressure washer. Thanks PigOut team and thanks Adam.

We were so happy to discover PigOut Roasters! We have tested our new toy out once and LOVE it! Will be using it for a whole pig at an upcoming festival for our Filipino restaurant. I even went back and ordered ALL the accessories!! What was completely unexpected was the sincerity in customer service and support. Nobody wants to read a novel in a Google review, but Lucas & Adam really went above and beyond in making us feel valued.

Hi There, I purchased The Ultimate Charcoal Rotisserie with the firebox several weeks ago and it has lived up to all expectations. A salesmen suggested that I purchase The Table Top Carving Stand which would make the process very easy to manage from beginning to end, and he was absolutely correct. I'm normally a smoker kind of guy so direct heat source is a different skill set but, lots of fun to perfect with this setup. What was also important was the fact that I transported the complete kit in the back of my car rather than using the pickup. Excellent service by professionals offering a professional product. Highly recommend.

We have had a pig out roaster for over 10 years. We have roasted everything from stuffed pigs, porkloins sirloin tip roast, chicken pieces, whole chickens, goose and turkey. We have cooked pancakes and bacon eith baked potatoes Where ever we go , everyone is impressed with the roaster
