Pie Guys Pizzeria

It was our first time ordering from Pie Guys and we really, really liked the pizza! We moved a year ago and have not been able to find a good pizza place. Well now we have!! The pizza crust and sauce were great and a nice amount of toppings. It was excellent! Pizza and wings were delivered and arrived before the estimated time. We will be back again and again!

Last 2 times we ordered (pre-ordered), it was late. Most recent was Superbowl but 25 minutes late on a pre-order seems a bit much. Pizza was better this time, wings were ok, not worth the wait. 🤨

Waited 1.5 hrs, no sign of delivery, called and they have not made our order at all. I get it things happen, but offering a coupon for next time and asking us to pay full price tonight a wait again really isn’t ideal lol. Love their pizza and their wings are great, but the service has let us down multiple times now :/

Our office called yesterday to place an order for today to be delivered at noon. We were so excited, the staff seemed friendly, and with a limited lunch we were all looking forward to pizza. 12:05 comes around and no sign of the pizza yet. No problem, we just called and wanted to see if they were just delayed. Their phone service states that no one is in the queue ahead of us, but after 7 minutes on hold, we were hung up on. Called again and waited 15 minutes on hold for them to finally answer and say "oh sorry we have the order but someone didn't put it in the write place". At this point it was 30 minute into our lunch and there was no way we would get the pizza in time. Absolutely infuriating. Of course mistakes are made but the fact that we had to wait a total of 22 minutes on hold just to get a hold of someone was ridiculous. We were all sitting at our front desk just laughing because it didn't even seen real, just comical. They offered to deliver the pizzas with a 50% discount but at this point we would have no time to eat as patients were coming in at 1pm. The fact is, they make good pizza, but you cannot get a hold of anyone and apparently ordering a whole 24 hours before for an entire staff lunch wasn't enough time to get their stuff together. We were so excited to have some good pizza but instead we were left with an upset staff and poor customer service. They need a HUGE adjustment on how they take orders and answer phones. The only positive about today was the worker on the phone seemed nice and was apologetic. If we could give 0 stars we would.

We aren’t originally from St. Catharines, and we have been craving a pizza reminiscent to what we grew up eating in our hometown. This pizza was pretty much exactly what we had been searching for. We tried a regular crust pepperoni pizza, as well as a keto crust pepperoni pizza, and they were both excellent! I hadn’t had much experience with keto crusts, and was very pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed this pizza. I thought for sure it would feel like I was missing out on something with it being a keto crust, but that was not the case at all. The 50% off after 7 pm promo made this a very reasonably priced pizza order, and they run daily specials as well that are just as reasonably priced. Thank you, and we will definitely order again!
