PHYSIOSENSE

After a MVA I have been attending appointments here on a regular basis at first I was skeptical as I did not see much equipment for strength training but it is a smaller place so not really room for it and I've been to physio elsewhere in the past for other injuries who do have an entire gyms worth of equipment and it was a horrible experience. What Physiosense have for equipment does work and is utilized the staff at Physiosense are very personable respectful and knowledgeable. I usually feel awkward and anxious around new people and takes me a long time to open up and conversate let alone admitting that I feel hurt and weak, also I have a phobia of being touched and doctors ect.. still to this day i am blown away on how comfortable they have made me feel around them in such a short time. Maddi is such a pleasure to deal with up front and Anna is awesome at what she does very informative and friendly when I go in it's like talking with a friend or family instead of a stranger this makes the whole experience of dealing with my injury, doctors , insurance and lawyers alot less awkward and stressfull. They deserve 6 stars not 5

The whole team (Ana, Madison and Adam) are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. They take their time to review and discuss your issues and then make the most sound judgments on treatment options. Ana is the best physiotherapist I have ever worked with and makes adjustments to the treatment plan based on how well it's working. Individual attention at its best.

Ana and the rest of the staff are amazing. My appointments are enjoyable and are making a positive difference.

Great service from Anna and all the staff. very welcoming and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the pillow recommendation to help with my alignment while i sleep. It has made a huge difference.

DO NOT GO IN THIS PHYSIO CLINIC I had a very bad experience with the staff of this establishment. The receptionist Amber has bad attitude and they break the number one rule in Canada for patients and practitioners confidentiality. Due to traffic and emergency I cannot make it into my appointments but I do call them let them know and very politely the receptionist says “it’s okay I’ll reschedule you” but then she calls the insurance company and lies to them that the Physio therapist had a discussion with us and I get a call from my lawyer and my insurance company about my attendance feed back. I would like to address the owner of this establishment to look into this ASAP and address this issue I will not be going back to this clinic for further therapy.
