Phoenix Nails

Been going here since they opened many years ago, twice now i have walked in when the shop is empty and have been told to sit in pedicure chair. Only one person working the she says sorry if you do not have an appointment you will have to come back later. Not impressed i had to go to the other nail bar in town far better service polite staff and ready to take care of me. Will not be using pheonix nails ever again. Plus my family will not use them either PHEONIX NAILS GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER

Song always does a beautiful job on my nails

Booked an appt for two pedis at the same time. When I arrived only one person available. I sat with my feet in water for over 20 minutes and still no one attended to me. I left and waited in the car for my friend to have her pedicure finished. 40 minutes later she came out. When you book an appointment a day in advance you must serve folks in a timely manner. Walk ins should be told they will have to wait. They just lost two peoples business. If I had waited for my pedicure it would have taken another 40 minutes. So what should have been 1/2 hour pedi for two people it would have taken 11/2 hours. Just WRONG and bad business manners.

The staff did an amazing job with my daughter. She has cerebral palsy, and it’s very difficult to do her nails. They did a phenomenal job and were so welcoming, patient and friendly. We will definitely go back and highly recommend 😃!

I had a great experience today :) I went for some Post pregnancy pedicure, mind you my feet were on the harder side due to the weight and pressure which I’ve never had and my toes were overdue since labour a few weeks back. I’m home now feet are feeling softer than they have in months toes look great, the lady was super sweet and the environment was welcoming. I’ll definitely be back thank you guys xx
