Our snowblower broke down in the middle of a snow storm yesterday. We called Tim at Philbrick Farms who arranged for same day pick up. The machine is ready to be delivered today before lunch. Amazing speedy service, fair pricing. Looking forward to being a regular customer in the future, as needed, for our snowblower and lawn mower tractor. Thank you Andy for all your work as well.

Well, I wasn't a customer, but I had an issue with my car. And I just pulled into that lot to get down on my knee and look at what was going on. And causing the problem? And I saw it was the I don't know what you call it. The plastic underskirting around the tire, you know, whatever it is and yeah. I was dragging it and I didn't know what to do. And I'm from Hamilton. And so I was puzzled, and then there was this gentleman who walked by looked like he worked there and said, is everything okay, and I'm like, I don't know. He got down on his knee and had a look. And he saw what I saw he took the time to cut off a big piece and Then, zip tied another piece, and I wanted to hand him twenty dollars.Just to say thank you because he gave me his time.And he would not accept it.So if anyone wonders whether this is a reputable company, I'd say they are supreme, they love their customers and they will go the extra mile. I'll say a prayer for them tonight.And they'll always be in my heart.So if anyone wonders, if this is a good place, I'll say it darn well is And I'm from Hamilton, so I had a long drive. Ahead of me and I am so so grateful. Just being kind saved my life.Probably those country roads are kind of rough even if you're on regional road.Twenty going all the way in.As soon as you hit hamilton, it's like what happened to the pavement.So yes, I am very, very grateful.🙏❤️🫂☺️✌️😎

Had my lawn tractor in for service and the experience was absolutely first rate. They picked up and dropped my tractor on time. They serviced my tractor all with in the budgeted amount. The tractor runs like it is brand new. It is very refreshing that there are still businesses that embody customer service, quality work and friendliness and truly appreciate the business. Bought a Cub Cadet zero turn mower from Philbrick's recently for our new house. They were kind enough to let me purchase it during a limited time discount from the manufacturer, and then store it for me for a month until we get possession. The family is very kind, and were extremely helpful in getting to know the equipment, but also in helping us to get to know the area. They only get 5 stars, because I couldn't give them ten...

Tim is Friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. Over the past few years I’ve purchased several Stihl blowers, trimmers some were gifts. This spring 2023 I purchased a ride on lawnmower, Cub Cadet with bags, this fall leaf cleanup was a breeze. Will continue to use Philbrick for all my needs sales, service and repairs.
