I have been with them for years. All staff are very friendly, professionals and greet you with a friendly smile and thats what I like to see when you walk into a place. You could be having a bad day and it takes just that smile and how are you? to make your day better so thank you all for all your continued hard work. Great Job!!!

Dakota went above and beyond for me regarding a compound prescription. Her customer care is outstanding. She took time with me in more than one conversation, to discuss my complex allergies, and to make sure the prescription would be safe and effective. She emailed me ingredient information, was patient and kind with all my questions, and eager to help in any way. She even did her own research about it, to be more well informed regarding my circumstance. I gave her short notice for when I needed the prescription, but she promptly had it done well in advance. Rare to find someone like that! Thank you!

This is rather long-winded, but here's the story behind my two star review: Last week, I was prescribed a medication that my pharmacist advised was only made at this particular location. It was urgent that I had the script filled, as I was in extreme discomfort. I called ahead and inquired as to whether or not the medication was readily available, and was advised that it was. I immediately drove to this pharmacy, and when I came in with my paperwork, the front desk associate acknowledged me as being "the lady who just called in." Then, the associate advised me that it would take seven business days for my script to be filled. I reminded them that I had just called and had been told over the phone that they had exactly how many pills I needed readily available and that they knew I was coming in for pick up. The associate then called someone from their compounding team, and their compounding associate stated that they had, but could I come back the following day as she was busy? At this point, I was visibly disheartened and the lovely pharmacist intervened. It took him less than 2 minutes to retrieve the medication and bottle it up. I appreciate his dedication to his patients and his compassion. My issue is that it took until I was literally crying to get assistance (again, this is not the fault of the pharmacist, he stepped in as soon as he noticed what was going on). If the compounding team had no intention of taking the 30 seconds necessary to count and bottle the medication after I called, I wonder why they would assure me I could pick the script up? Before anyone responds to this review and notes the staffing issues this location has been experiencing - I completely understand that illness left the department behind and I can appreciate that the compounding team has been busy. However, patients should not be led on as to whether or not they can pick up medication that they need, and they especially should not be told that a medication is in stock if no one is willing to prepare it for them. Again, I appreciate how willing the pharmacist of this location was to step in and assist me, and that is what is saving this review from one star. People who are coming in to a pharmacy are in pain/distress, and the solution (regardless of staffing issues) CANNOT be to tell them to come back 7 business days later.

We have been customers at this Pharmasave for 3years and have been so impressed by the friendly service, the advice from the pharmacist and the patient way they give advise with prescriptions. They seem knowledgeable and always courteous. We had been told by a friend when we were looking for a more family type pharmacy that she was satisfied with the whole staff so we tried it out. So much more personal than large chains . We really are happy to have made the decision.
