Decent hours. Pharmacy staff are great. Always kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

The team here truly goes above and beyond — and then some! This weekend, we had to pick up prescriptions that were being sent in late in the day. I wasn’t sure I’d make it before closing, so I called ahead. Not only did the team stay to make sure I was taken care of, but they also went the extra mile — calling around to help fill one of the prescriptions and ensuring we had exactly what we needed. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care absolutely blows me away. This team stands out as exceptional. I’m so grateful for their compassion and commitment — they’ve earned our heartfelt appreciation time and time again!

There so freindly and help u out. And my doctor offices is right in there as well. I say only prob i have is the head pharmcy guy cant speak engilsh very good and its hard to understand him. That my only beef.

I always go to Port Pharmasave at Lakeport and Lakeshore in St. Catharines—the staff are incredibly accommodating and always pleasant. I finally convinced my wife to start going as well, and she said she loved it. Truly the best neighbourhood pharmacy in town. Friendly, helpful, and reliable every time!

Excellent Pharmacy staff I would like to Thank - Julie who has been a long time family friend and mentor, as well as Christine she was so knowledgeable and they're very both understanding and supportive!! (If it weren't for Christine's knowledge of my new medication I could of suffered heart complications and side effects). I also love my New Dr.. Dr. Michaels is a wonderful person and so empathetic and really respected and care about my overall well being. I am happy to know that they have a great staff and patient's needs at heart.
