Been with this pharmacy since they have open . The best place for meds . The pharmacist are very good and give me the best care I had from any other pharmacy I've ever been with.

I recently visited medplus and was helped pharmacist whose name I believe starts with “I” (possibly Izrial). She was absolutely wonderful — very soft-spoken, patient, and took the time to explain in detail how to take my medication. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and felt comfortable before leaving. There is also an Indian pharmacist who is always very helpful and kind. She is soft-spoken and makes every visit pleasant. Both of them truly care about their customers and provide excellent service — I really appreciate their professionalism and support!

I am forever grateful that I have found and transfered my prescriptions over to this pharmacy. Nancy and ALL the staff have always treated myself and my daughters like family. They are always courteous and professional even on high stress days. They are knowledgeable about the meds and treatments and make sure we understand our prescriptions and treatments thoroughly. Best pharmacy in the Falls!

I don’t really want to write this review because the doctor and receptionist at Niagara Regional Clinic are really good. However, I had a very bad experience with the pharmacy. The ladies working at the pharmacy were rude and unprofessional. Everything was fine until there was a small issue—it took them forever to resolve it. I’m not sure if they were properly trained, but these staff members are tarnishing the reputation of the business.
