Got everything we needed on sale . The cashier was nice to remind me about the special points bonus going on and waited while I activated my offer on my app. Got me alot of point as our order was 100 I really appreciate that.

Overall okay , mostly online order (curbside pickup) but stock is an issue and usually have items canceled and have to go in store or another store all together. They should give options for replacements

Employees are nice but the manager lacks customer service skills. Went in looking for canned dog food, but couldn’t find it in the area it would normally be in as I typically prefer the St. Catharines location. Approached her asking about where I might be able to find it, if at all, and she responded quickly with a “If it’s not in the shelf, we don’t have it.” I said thanks, surprised because I looked online prior to coming and it said there was lots in stock, and went to see if I could find another food. Along the way I found the food I was originally looking for set up in a display in a different section. She couldn’t be bothered to try - what a great example to set for your employees. This wasn’t the first time she’s been less than thrilled to be bothered. I’ll just continue making the drive out of the way to St. Kitts.

Ripley loves coming here! Everyone always greets her and she’s never had a bad experience. Staff are well informed and the store is clean. I recommend coming here.

We enrolled our Golden Doodle in the beginner training sessions at PetSmart, and the experience was fantastic. Aaron is truly a gifted trainer—he’s insightful, patient, and kind, with an incredible ability to bring out the best in your dog. Thanks to his expert guidance, our dog made significant progress with basic commands, and we noticed a marked improvement in his behavior. We were so impressed with the results that we immediately signed up for the intermediate training sessions.
