Petro-Canada at 383 King St, Welland is always a great stop. The customer service is excellent-staff are polite, helpful, and fast. The whole place, including the pumps and convenience store, is very clean and well-kept. It's clear they take pride in maintaining a great experience for customers. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service & Super Clean! Stopped here during a long drive and was really impressed. The pumps were fast and easy to use, and the washrooms were spotless—seriously one of the cleanest I’ve seen at a gas station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a great selection of snacks and drinks inside. Fair fuel prices too. Highly recommend this spot if you’re passing through!

Got gas here last night and was solicited by a woman panhandling just kept asking for money over and over said it was to buy something to eat not even two seconds later someone else had approached me. I understand people are homeless and down on thre luck but its not our problem and nor do we want to get approached. The staff is always friendly and helpful but there hands are tied due to incompetence.so for our safety we need start boycotting this gas station until the owner or petro canada does something about them being around and hopefully removes the vagrants that are always hanging around the pumps asking for money and harassing customers.
