Petro-Canada

Totally rude ignorant. I asked to use the bathroom and they said that it is yet still unusable and it's against the law. Ministry of health says it's against the law so I drove one minute up the road to the next Petro Canada to get gas and 7-Eleven workers were completely polite. Let me use the bathroom so I suggest anybody going to the petrol at :55-533 lake Street St. Catharines go 2 minutes up the street to the next one

This station never has paper in the pump unit. Everytine I go there and pay at the pump, i the have to walk into the station to get the paper receipt. It kinda defetes the purpose of pay at the pump.

Clean fueling area. The garbages are emptied often. Tire pump available. Squeegee available. Diesel available at this location. Convenience store with Lottery available. Pay at the pump or pay with cash in advance available. The station can be very busy during the afternoon rush hour.

This is a really good gas station. Always clean and the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Frequently, they lower their gas prices sometimes during the day with the largest drops at night. This is my favourite gas station. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

They don't allow customers to use washroom. Statement by cashier, on duty that the rest room is out of service from last two years and even the staff does not use washroom. Can the concern authorities check where those staff go for nature's call. Or it's just for the inconvenience of the customers. Why these gas stations restrict customers to use the basic facilities. It should be the part of operations and mandatory serviced they should provide.
