Petro-Canada

Buyer beware. Gas attendant cashed out my petro points and the dollar amount didn’t even come off my bill. I consider this theft. I did not ask to use my points. My company pays for my gas so why would I use my personal points to get a discount. I know this will fall on deaf ears but I will no longer be shopping at any petro Canada. After a week of this post no reply from owner of store or corp. im assuming this is common practice.

I have been scammed today at the gas station Twice I have been charged and such a casual attitude of the staff and when I spoken with the manager Amarjeet same behaviour, they take customers for ride….. It’s not about the money but behaviour of people is very unprofessional and I would urge petro Canada HQ to do some random audits and find out what is happening there and I am 100% sure this must be happening quite often

Very poor Customer Service, The guy name SARTHAK told me about he did not accept coins as he already have a lot. After waiting 10 mintue when I go for pre pay by using coins, he refused to accept the coins. Like really! sorry this was first time in 3 years when any guy worked in Gas station refused to accept coins.

Got to love not honoring a posted sale. Staff basically said nothing we can do machine doesn't say deal.

just a horrible experience. i went there may 16 at night around 10:55 pm for fuel but just all of sudden i have a wish to buy a lottery ticket and after asking for a gas ,i ask for a lottery ticket and the employee ask me the ID. after showing my driving license on my phone with a clear face appearance on that driving license that was accepted and he is too rude to me just need physical copy and after showing my physical ID as per his request. he spoil my whole mood to buy my first excited lottery ticket and i end up not to buy it and goes back home. we as a customer went out to get a good service as we all work in the same sector but not welcoming the customer who goes very excited or giving the weird attitude makes their day most worse. such a ridi experience first time ever from this gas station
