Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Paid for a bundle of car washes, went to use it. The track doesn't work, even if you're in Neutral. Despite what the operator of the facility tells you. If you get stuck it's automatically your responsibility to pay again. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH

Update: you tell me to contact you so i did, i am explaining situation as uou asked and cancel me before i finish and close your chat down. Clearly you are no better. I was at gas pump before 12:00 am. Sign said gas was 108.9 and the pump said 108.9, so I tapped my card to prepay. I had to put an amount in it. I wondered why, I don't know. While I was doing that the guy inside raised the price of gas on pump to 124.9. He knew I was there trying to get gas. That's wrong in every way so I cancelled transaction and left with out getting gas and will never return. He watched me the whole time as to mock me. I wanted to go in and say he was ignorant but he isn't worth my breath. Useless employee who thought he was smart .

The staff at this Petro are really amazing. Specifically Maaz’s exceptional customer service. I recently lost something in the car wash during afternoon rush hour so he asked me to come by later when it would be less busy to look for it. I went back in the evening and I was relieved & pleasantly surprised that he had already found the item for me. Thank you so much!!

Horrible car wash experience and customer service encounter today 7th June 2025 around 9.20pm. I had a very bad clean and damaged car (the machine pulled the rubber lining off the top of the car). I walked in to lay a complaint and the staff on duty told me your service was good cos ,' AI detection' did not pick anything (what a tricky claim). I told him to kindly come take a look on the physical cleaniness. He says he can sight the car right from the mart's windows and clearly too, infact his words were the car not only looks good but 'shiny' (this lie got me offended). So I had to go out myslef to take pictures of the car when he could have just apologized or say something calming and I would have left quietly. Showing him the dissapointing pictures from the wash with a tone at this 2nd entry and faced with truth, he simply told me I was rude and he wouldnt even offer a free wash which might have been in his power. This same staff had been on a call all along probably with a friend when I first came to complain while I was on the queu and Infact I thought he was talking to me cos after my complaint, he was asking through his ear piece to end the call. With this unprofessional work ethic, he confidently called me rude. Frustrated, I told him I was going to ensure to give a bad rating and all this staff could say was 'go ahead'. Was a horrible experience and waste of my $ as I had to handwash back home around 10.30pm, quite disappointing on the Petrocanada brand.

Very annoying having to pre pay for gas? It’s not my problem people steal. The guy working today was so overwhelmed at the desk.
