Disappointing experience. Stopped at this Petro-Canada in Niagara as a paying customer and was told there’s no washroom available for customers. For a major gas station chain on a busy route, that’s pretty unacceptable. When you’re selling fuel, snacks, and coffee to travelers, basic amenities like a washroom should be standard. Definitely reconsider stopping here if you’re on a long drive.

Worst customer experience. Car wash doesn’t work. And the guy on the counter is no help. The supervisor has a lot of ego and won’t even apologize for the bad customer service.

November, 2025 My recent visit to this location in Niagara Falls. Excellent customer service and well maintained convenience Store. Highly recommended to visit.

I went to the gas station around 9:50 today bought a charger and a data cable from the store came back at 9:55 and the neither was working at my house told them to refund it and the guy name VIMAL told me to wait for the shift change as it can’t be returned right now. I waited for the shift change and then the next guy came in he told me now it can’t be returned in this shift. He didn’t gave me the receipt of the transaction at that time and when I said i will complain about this he warned me that he won’t give me the receipt… go complaint about it i am not scared.. he was behaving so rude and doesn’t know how to work plus not wearing any name-tag or proper uniform. I kept my charger and cable over there and they didn’t gave me the refund back. These guys are thief and the owner should take serious responsibility towards their employees.
