Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I had a terrible experience at the Petro-Canada car wash on McLeod Road, Niagara Falls. The automatic wash was broken, and the employee inside was extremely rude, refusing to help and saying it wasn’t his responsibility. This is not the first time—I’ve had this bad experience with the same employee before, and I know many others in my circle have too. After calling customer care, they sent me right back to him. This kind of neglect is unacceptable. Petro-Canada needs to address this employee, because he treats customers poorly every single time. Customers, including me and my friends, deserve better service. This happened at 9:45 AM on March 6th, 2026

This place is always busy and conveniently located for me. However, the gas prices are consistently at least 3 cents higher than the nearby Costco gas station. What ultimately made me stop going is a simple but frustrating issue: the printer at the pump is almost always out of paper. It’s a small detail, but when you need a receipt, it becomes a big inconvenience

The car vwash is always full. The waiting time is ridiculous. Never again 3 months of pass I have a chance to wash my truck 7 time at 6.30 am.

Their car wash used to be best in the city. But their machinery is now set to use less detergent and car remains dirty, drying is no longer good, prices went significantly up (from $55 to 70 for a card with 5 washes), bonus washes are no longer available (they used to give one or sometimes even two free washes when you buy and register a card with 5 washes). And in addition to all that, even if you get there after midnight, there is usually a lineup of people, so you are lucky if you spend only half hour in line... After doing hundreds of washes there, I'm looking for another place.

Terrible experience. I went to fill up the air in my tires and the timer ran out before I could get to the last one. I went to the service desk to explain the situation, and the only “solution” they offered was for me to pay for another five minutes. Really? How do you expect customers to fill all four tires in five minutes, in the dark, when you can barely see the gauge? It’s ridiculous and extremely frustrating. I’ve been getting my gas here for years, but after this level of customer service, I’ll be going to Costco from now on.
