Honestly, the best service I've ever had ag a pizza place. The pizza was amazing as well. This isn't our closest location (my kiddo was getting his hair cut late next door and we walked in and grabbed a pizza, and a few drinks) All the staff was extremely friendly while we waited. Everyone said hello, and had some small talk. When our order was ready, they asked if the kids wanted some freezies. We said that would be great. They asked a color, and my kids were shy and we said anything was fine. To my surprise, they gave us a BAG of four Jumbo's. They also joked that our pizza had "extra anchovies" and made my kiddos heart stop for a second 🤣. We just moved recently from a bigger city. It's so nice to have the "small town" friendliness. The pizza was absolutely amazing. I didn't realize that they had such a big menu. My daughter, who doesn't even like pizza, asked for a slice and happily ate it. We ordered again at the kids request, two days later for our 'movie night " Even though there's other locations closer, we'll be going in and ordering at this location. It's worth it for the staff (plus the pizza and everything we've had so far is fantastic) 10/10

Surprisingly the pizza was really good!! The crust , cheese and sauce was perfect. I waited only 15 mins for 24 slice pizza ....anyway I recommend this place but the one on Ontario street in st Catharines

Great place to get pizza. There's always a deal so keep an eye out for coupons. Daily specials available. Pizza is awesome. Great quality ingredients go into these. The cheese is so good and the sauce is great too. The crust is so soft and doughy. Like that. it's great the next day too. Pizza comes at a great temperature and is not greasy.

This placed used to be my go to. I was recently reminded of it and how much I loved the bacon they use. I placed an order for a 12 slice pepperoni, a 12 slice canadian, 2lbs of wings and a garlic bread with cheese. $71 before tip When the order arrived the delivery person said she was supposed to notify me they included a extra 4 slice pizza because there was a issue with one of my pizzas I ordered. There was definitely a huge issue and the 12 slice canadian I ordered was disgusting. The bacon was huge chunks of pure fat, there seemed to be no sauce, the crust was paper thin and wet. Totally unedible. The garlic bread was a soggy mess yet nobody dared to even try it. The employees recognized the pizza was bad that's why they sent a free 4 slice but why? Why not send me what I paid for and remake the 12 slice. Why replace it with 4 slice and still send me the bad pizza? The 4 slice pizza was great, the pepperoni pizza was great and just as I expected and same goes for the wings. How I got an order where half was so gross and the other half perfect is beyond me. I reached out to the company by email and on social media. I emailed the email address listed by the company and received a reply stating they have nothing to do with the business and don't know why customers keep emailing them. I received a reply on Facebook that said "call Rino" with a phone number. I called a few times the next day and nobody ever answered. I've waited a week to see if anyone cared about the issue before leaving this review. The unprofessionalism and not making it right on a $70 order is what will have me never ordering from them again.

I ordered the 3 topping, 4 Slice Pizza + 1 Pop for $6.99. I've read the reviews of the "fancy pizza" places close by. Stop wasting your money. These guys make an amazing pie. This little pizza was ready for pickup in 10 min. Fresh toppings were loaded on, with just the right amount of tomato sauce underneath. I haven't had pizza so perfect in awhile. I'll definitely reorder from this classic location.
