Peter's Tackle and Bait

Been buying my fishing gear for over 10 years from this place, best place to buy products for this area and fast current fishing. The owner is very knowledgeable and extremely, friendly and kind. Wouldn't go anywhere eles .

My 11 year old son and I went to Peter's Tackle today and spoke with Angela. She was great and came highly recommend for information from local pros. She helped us get setup for Salmon fishing and even gave my son hands on instructions with his rod and setup. These days things get really complicated and it's hard to know what to use, when and where. We will be going back there over and over whenever we decide to go fishing. It's night and day between Bass Pro and Pete's tackle. At Bass pro the help was terrible in comparison and in the end I don't feel like they really know how to help someone like me and my son. With Angela I feel like a new world has opened up. No more overwhelming amounts of information on the internet. We will simply go see her when it's time for a new fishing adventure. Today was Salmon, in two weeks we will get setup for trout and next year for bass or whatever else. The best part is they were not pushy to sell us anything, I felt like the advice was honest and good. Like I said, they came recommended by pros that were catching fish non stop.

Went in with my dad yesterday to get a rod and gear of my own and Angela (Angelica? Please forgive me, TERRIBLE with names!) was AMAZING at helping me find everything I needed to get started. She handled me with kids gloves at first, but as soon as it became clear that I had done my research, she was terrific at answering any questions I had and providing quality recommendations. Phenomenal customer service and a fantastic shop that had me feeling like a kid in a candy store. 10/10 will be going there for any future gear and tackle needs. P. S. Angela, I am DETERMINED to fish up something with that ned bait. You will be getting a picture someday soon, mark my worms!

The best tackle shop to get lures and equipment suited for the Niagara Region. They sell only what works and they have great deals and prices. All staff are extremely knowledgeable and nice. I've been a loyal customer since their beginning and will all ways direct people to the shop.

Been going to Peters for a very long time! (15-20 years easy) always ALWAYS met with a smile and a warm greeting, any questions answered quickly and with detailed information, amazing products! I’ve bought GLX’s, reels, combos for my family and myself and enough tackle to fill a few flatbeds easy! Angela took the reigns and has helped this place absolutely flourish and it truly is my one stop tackle shop, they will even bring in products if they don’t have it!
