I was only there briefly, having required a new possible lawyer after the last wouldn't advocate for me. She informed me of more in 10 minutes than the last did in nearly two months. Even if I can't retain her as she is not duel bar certified I'm Alberta also, she was very informed and helpful.

Went to meet her once. As my previous laywer moved in her office... I have a weird case of family laws problem that involve FACS, custody and funding... Went to the "consultation" and paid what I was told to pay... Everything was suppose to be started that week... We're now 3 months later... Nothing happen in the first 2 months... And for the last month there was no contact from them, after I sent emails and left messages... Maybe she's awesome for easy stuff like estates and will, but doesn't seem interested to work with more complicated stuff.... Will NEVER recommend her for any family business... Sorry Lauren... But waiting for you was one of my biggest mistake in this case...

If i could give no stars i would. This business toward my experience was a nightmare. Lauren Angle came highly recommended however, that soon turned out to be false. She forgot important information for our case conference and said she would get affidavits from witnesses but "forgot" therefore the case conference was a write off. Then, she began charging me for writing out what she called the rough copy for settlement. She claimed she sent the final copy without my consent. I began to stand up for my rights and was paid back the $300 plus amount she charged me (single mother, student) for documents she could not provide to my file once I withdrew from her services. I am sure she is a good lawyer but she clearly was in over her head and her staff were abusive to say the least. Calling police when I insisted on getting the document I was charged for. It was a traumatizing experience and set me back nearly $10,000 which was up to the case conference. She will answer emails and phone calls during your one on one time and charge you, so keep an eye on that. I honestly do not understand how this company sleeps at night, taking advantage of the already vulnerable. If they try to come back saying this that and the other, I will attach proof because these people are snakes and stop at nothing. Sorry but this is as humble as I can be toward this firm. Pathetic
